    Good

have stayed there 15 months ago and found that the quality was not as good this time.

    Fabulous

We liked the room size, the overall design of the hotel, the balcony, the pool and the breakfast.

We were disappointed to see lots of little things missing or being not thought of (missing shoe cleaning set - after a day in Death Valley I could have used some of that; holes in the towels and sheets; missing ice bucket, etc. When we asked the reception to provide us with extra sheets and an ice bucket, it took them quite a while to bring it, we waited a while and then we went out for dinner, when we were back hours later, the requested things were there.) You practically cannot put anything in the fridge, no space for private stuff.

    Fabulous

Good Location, easily accessible, upbeat vibe, stylish and roomy suites

The price of the Marquee Day Club prevented us from trying it. The outdoor pool area of the Marquee Night Club was the only good part of the night club and it shut at 2pm forcing everyone inside the black hole of a nightclub. Plus, the nighclub entrance staff had no idea what to do with arriving guests who purchased tickets online. We were escorted by a friendly staff person to the 3rd floor - then told by another staff we must go back to the first floor - what disorganized uninformed staff - they must have a high turnover at the club since no one would take it upon themselves to solve our entrance issue - very unprofessional!

    Very good

Great location - the hotel is extremely nice and the staff was kind and prepared, very helpful. No complaints here. The room was nice and comfy (I stay in a lot of hotels for work)

I expected the room to be cleaner - considering the price and the level of this hotel. The carpet has crumbs, and the shelves in the bathroom like the safe were very dusty. In addition to that, someone put a piece of paper on the smoke detector in the bathroom which I saw the last day...nobody really checked. I understand the hotel is busy but these are details that shouldn't be missed.

    Very good

i think the rooms were beautiful and the location was great. most of the staff were very friendly.

For the price of the rooms you should get free internet & the price of the gym was a bit high. In addition the cost for the gym on the TV indicated $12 per day but when you got there they said it was $20. When i told them the tv indicated $12 they said they would honor the $12 but if i wanted to use the facility the next day it would be $20. They said they were in the process of updating the TV's in all the rooms. If they don't have the technology to update them all at the same time then they should honor the $12 each day the guest is there. Also, when i went to sign up for the Identity membership the guy i got wasn't rude but clearly didn't tell us all the benefits of signing up. He was apparently in a hurry to go on break. He then went on break & the lady who took over basically had to explain everything to us after she asked if he had explained the program.

    Very good

The high-tech gadgetry, and spacious room.

No coffeemaker. Microwave not effective. Refrigerator stocked to the brim, leaving little room except in freezer.

Beautiful rooms and facilities. Very modenr, stylish and trendy with amazing views of the Bellagio fountains and Vegas.

I was overcharged on my accommodation costs for 1 night compared to what was quoted on my Booked.net confirmation. Issue still pending.

    Superb

The design, location and standard or amenities.

Only negatives comment would be that it took over 1 hour for room service for breakfast to arrive and I wasn't advised at the time I ordered and when we asked to change room as we were near to the night club and could hear the base of the music through the night, the concierge lady I dealt with was not very helpful. She wasn't apologetic and fairly reluctant to help without insistence from me.

    Superb

Location, location, location! We stayed in a one bed suite which was very comfortable and spacious. The beds are to die for!

Unfortunately we arrived July 3rd. The hotel was full to capacity that night and the staff clearly weren't able to cope with the number of people checking in. We paid for an upgrade to a one bed suite as we were told we were 19th in a queue for our terrace room!! This was 5pm in the evening! We rang for our luggage to be delivered to our suite and an hour later it had still not appeared. Our room was not completely finished one day. We placed two phone calls to housekeeping and nothing was done. By the time we put in the third call they apparently couldn't do anything as it was too late. I would expect a hotel of that magnitude to have a 24 hour housekeeping service. Also our terrace looked out onto the wall of the adjoining building. I wouldn't rely on having a view if you book a terrace room.
